Why do the two detectives say they want to arrest Breeze?

Two homicide detectives from Lafayette tell Robicheaux they are planning to arrest Willie "Cool Breeze" Broussard for starting the fire at the Terrebonne's estate. They are also convinced that Cool Breeze stabbed Anthony Pollock.
