Who does Robcheaux think is responsible for Lila's death?

Robicheaux publicly blames Archer Terrebonne for indirectly causing Lila's death. He says if it was not for Terrebonne's murky association with Holtzner, Poitier would never have come to New Iberia. Robicheaux also believes that Megan Flynn's brief conversation with Poitier had something to do with Lila's death.
