Describe the character of Rodney Loudermilk.

Loudermilk is ex-convict with a penchant for inexpensive western wear who served a three-year term in Sugarland, Texas. He mostly spends his days standing outside the entrance to the Alamo, pretending to be a tour guide to unsuspecting tourists.
