What evidence does Jonathan Green provide Elvis to show that Teddy Martin is innocent?

Green tells Cole that Susan and Teddy Martin were preparing dinner the night of her disappearance. Teddy leaves to get something from the grocery and when he returns, Susan is gone. The cashier at the store corroborates Teddy's story and he provides a receipt proving that he was there. Additionally, Green has bank records showing that Teddy withdrew the money the kidnappers demanded and that the bank manager described Martin as "visibly shaken" when he came for the money. Lastly, Teddy Martin's fingerprints were not on the murder weapon found at his home.
