Teddy Martin is granted bail because the presiding judge says the discovery of evidence linking Pritzik and Richards to the kidnapping of Susan Martin is proof of innocence. Elvis remembers the agreement between Martin and Green and recalls that Teddy owns his own plane. Anna Sherman calls the airport and demands to know where the plane is flying to. When she finds out that the pilot was instructed to go to Brazil, Bidwell reminds the group that the United States does not have reciprocal extradition with Brazil, meaning they cannot force Teddy to come back.
