Who brings a television to Private Perry’s tent in Chapter 7? What do the soldiers watch?

Corporal Marla Kennedy comes into Perry's tent along with a Medic and brings a television; they watch news of the war (and its success). Perry feels conflicted when he sees the news, because it doesn’t accurately reflect the world of violence and confusion that he sees around him.
