What injuries and casualties are revealed in the beginning of Chapter 15?

In Chapter 15, Perry goes back to the tent where Jonesy lay and Captain Miller breaks into hysterical sobs as Perry realizes Jonesy is dead. Perry's leg is injured, but the greatest pain he feels is in losing his best friend.
