Spencer Martin is Scarlett's tall and slender older brother who wants to be an actor. He evades his parents' pressure to accept a scholarship to culinary school when he lands the role of Guildenstern in a production of "Hamlet". He dislikes Lola's boyfriend, Chip, and he punches Eric during a scene because he can tell Eric upset Scarlett. Spencer receives an invitation to a commercial audition after the play, and Mrs. Amberson intends for Spencer to become her first client as a talent agent.
