What does Hebdige conclude about style and how that may have been the cause of the tension between the 70's Teddy Boys and Punks?

Hebdige says that the Punkers' sense of style seemed to be in touch with the plight of the working class, but they did not practice some of the ways of the working class, such as forthrightness and plain speech.
