What are some of the physical ways the Rastafarians embraced their ties to Africa?

The Rastafarians embraced Africa through the way they physically presented themselves. They wore hairdos that allowed their natural texture. In other words, they did not use straighteners or any other chemicals to enhance their hair. They also wore simple clothes. This natural state of being sparked curiosity and anxiety by the mass culture.
