Who is Flynn?

Flynn is Andrea’s ex who wanted to have an open relationship when Flynn and Andrea were together. Flynn ends up dating Vivian briefly after the breakup with Andrea. At Beatriz and Topher’s wedding, the reader learns that Flynn has undergone gender reassignment surgery.
