Oliver Cavendish served as Fair Witness when Caxton confronted the authorities at the Bethesda Medical Center. Caxton went to the center to free Michael. As Fair Witness, it was Cavendish's job to observe without judgment or interference. He would later be asked to recall fine details of the event without making assumptions.
