What is Harry's problem with electronics?

Because he is a wizard most electronics and modern machinery give him problems. Harry doesn't own anything that is a modern appliance. Harry touches the radio at the crime scene to see what the couple had been listening to. He listens to it for only a minute before it starts skipping badly.
