What happens in chapter seven when Morgan appears to confront Harry?

Morgan says that Harry is going to be executed for breaking a law but Harry explains why what he did was not technically breaking the law. Morgan is very strict about the laws and eventually puts up his sword. After he puts up his sword he grabs Harry's arm and Harry hits Morgan. Morgan lets it be known that he is going to do whatever it takes to find out how Harry killed the people using black magic.
