How does Harry trap Toot toot?

Harry draws a circle in the dirt and puts honey, milk and bread in the circle. He puts a small drop of his own blood on the bottom of the bread in order to seal the circle once Toot toot has eaten the bread. Harry then hides and uses Toot toot's real name to call him.
