Who is Abdellatif from Stolen Lives: Twenty Years in a Desert Jail and what is their importance?

Abdellatif is Malika's little brother. He was a toddler when the family was imprisoned, amd most of what the family did in later years was done for his benefit. When Malika and Raouf made the decision to escape, they agreed to take Abdellatif along. Having known no other way of life, Abdellatif had a difficult time adjusting to the world outside of prison.
