Milton is a member of the Bluebloods, an elitist group of friends at Saint Gallway, whom Hannah Schneider has befriended. He brings Blue to Hannah's house after Hannah's death, where the two of them get naked and kiss. Milton later humiliates Blue in front of the others by telling them she is a bad kisser.
