Siemons is the scientist who runs the Hypocas Club. Everyone thinks that he is doing legitimate experiments. Instead he is a power hungry man who wants to control London. He wants to be rid of the supernaturals. He wants to study them to see if he can use anything for himself to make him more powerful. He has put Akeldama on the torture machine and drained the blood out of him. He has been killing the vampires. He hopes to get more power from Maccon. He is very pleased to have caught a werewolf. Siemons will be caught and tied up to take justice. Maccon has a hard time not dismembering Siemons because of his touching Alexia.
