Dalton Campbell is introduced at the end of Chapter 13 and works as aide to the Minister of Culture. He also goes down to the kitchen and takes Beata up the stairs with him. She beams when she sees him. Campbell also mentions to Fitch that he might one day become a sir and he chastises Drummond for saying "fetch" to Fitch.
