What does Technology represent?

Technology is a symbol of how new tools are being iterated upon to help people who suffer from disability. Iris's passion for old radios ends up meaningfully informing how she gets in touch with Blue 55, and all of the apps and programs she is shown along the way by Bennie and her school's band teacher also help her to create something for Blue 55 to hear and understand.
