He has not been told by Etta Heine of the arrangement between Mr. Heine and Zenhichi Miyamoto and the deed did not reflect their deal because at the time it was made, Zenhichi, a non-citizen, was not legally allowed to own land. Etta has told Jurgensen that she has repossessed the seven acres.
