The James Joyce Pub in Zurich is a faithfully reconstructed Dublin pub, rescued from demolition and transported in numerical parts, perfectly preserved. It has brass fittings, dark mahogany, and red plush seats. It also has extremely clean bathrooms which, it is noted, is the only part of the pub not faithful to Dublin, where they would be smelly and slimy and not nearly as well maintained.
