Who is Dr. Cordelia Swain Cordiner from Slapstick: Or, Lonesome No More! and what is their importance?

Dr. Cordelia Swain Cordiner is a highly respected psychologist. Wilbur and Eliza, however, come to discover that she is in fact a "malicious lunatic." After their intelligence is revealed, Dr. Cordiner is hired to test them. She is described as paranoid and opinionated, and she rarely listens to others. Eliza and Wilbur call her Aunt Cordelia behind her back.
