Who is the antagonist in the novel, Simon Sort of Says?

Dr. Matapang is the novel's antagonist. She is the one tell others of Simon's trauma without his consent, claiming that she is helping him. It is not until Simon and Agate get hurt that Kevin stands up to his mother, and she finally realizes the hurt she has caused.
