Jenn is Jesse's ex-wife and throughout the novel is working with Jesse to put their marriage back together. Jenn, who works as a weathergirl at a Boston TV station, is chosen to host an hour long TV documentary on "Race Week" in Paradise which keeps her in town - and consequently with Jesse - throughout the Horvath murder investigation. Smart, funny, and very observant, Jenn provides Jesse with two important leads during the case. She is an understanding and kind woman who loves Jesse despite his faults and helps him to work out his control issues.
