Chapter 2, Schooled

I believe this is a Chapter Three question, and there are two answers. First, Zach, who traditionally choosed the class president prides himself on making his decision by choosing the geekiest kid.... thus, Zach and his friends can make fun of him all year.

Second, Cap is the new kid in school, and although, Zach had already chosen Hugh Winkleman.... he decides that Cap is a better choice.
