What does Franck Lévy tell Julia Jaramond about the Tézacs' apartment?

Franck Lévy says that the apartment was occupied by the Starzynski family, and that they were arrested and taken to Vel d'Hiv'. He does not know whether any of them survived, but he says that it was not unheard of, for people to escape or survive the camps.
