Medlicote is the leader of the Silver Wolves. He believes that Finn is not the real Prince Giles, so he and the other members of the Silver Wolves are trying to discredit and kill Finn. Medlicote is also a good friend of the warden who is trying to free his friend from Incarecon throughout the novel.
