Rumble Fish How does S. E. Hinton use imagery in Rumble Fish? Asked by bookragstutor on 20 Aug 03:53 Last updated by Jill W on 19 May 11:45
Hinton's extensive use of imagery, particularly, the stagnated, polluted river parallels the lives of Rusty-James and Motorcycle Boy. Like the river, the boys bogged under by the "pollution" that invades their lives.
