What is Lab

The lab is Dr. Griffith's sanctuary, and he orders Dr. Kinneson to bring Karen and Steve to him. This is where he infects Steve with his gift and kills Karen after she becomes a zombie. He also traps David and Rebecca, intending to drown them in the airlock, but they use Karen's grenade to kill him and escape.
