What happens when Ethan and Cameron go looking for Simon Brinks' summer home?

Ethan offers to drive Cameron to look for Simon Brinks' summer home. They drive to the San Juan Islands. When they arrive, where there is supposed to be a vacation home, there is only an empty bluff that overlooks the sea.
