Who is Rev. Evan Hopkins from Rees Howells: Intercessor and what is their importance?

Rev. Evan Hopkins was the first speaker at the Llandrindod Convention that Rees attends. He spoke on the life of the Spirit. Hopkins asks questions that make Rees think about who the Spirit is and what relationship does he have in Rees' life. During Hopkins' description of the Holy Spirit, Rees sees a vision of the Holy Spirit and realizes it is the Spirit that has been talking to him. After this, Rees experiences his personal Pentecost and is changed forever.
