What is the theme in Rainbow Six by Tom Clancy?

Good vs Evil is the main theme in the story. Rainbow team represents good. The men aren't perfect; they have character flaws. But on the whole they stand on the side of good. Rainbow team has been formed to fight international terrorism eliminating those individuals who hold and kill hostages for specific demands, i.e., release of political prisoners or comrades, transportation to flee the country, or money or other valuables. Clancy has drawn a dichotomy between good and evil, countering every evil act with a good one, perhaps not immediately but eventually.
