Todd and Miguel

Todd and Miguel are a gay couple who have been together for twenty years. When the boys run into this couple, they are curious about their secrets. Todd and Miguel tell Jason and Kyle that their secret is trust, communication, and commitment. As the novel continues and Kyle struggles with a kiss he saw Jason share with a young girl, he comes to realize that they both need to work on all three elements of a lasting relationship. Kyle also comes to the conclusion that he and Jason have what it takes to last.
