What does Cameron learn when he meets with Simon Brinks?

Cameron meets with Brinks at a bar that Brinks owns. Brinks knows who Cameron is even before they meet. Brinks tells him that he and Daphne were good friends who lived in the same apartment building when they were in high school. They had planned to open a bar together, and Daphne had even come up with the name of the bar, Mudminnow's Bespoke Libations. Brinks has not seen Daphne since she showed up at his house a few years ago needing cash, which he gave her. He has not seen her since.
