Why is Louise so annoyed at the top of Act III?

Louise is appalled by the destruction of the apartment, knowing full well that she will have to clean it all up. On top of that, Sibyl and Victor speak horrible French and Louise cannot make herself understood. As far as she knows, Victor and Sibyl are responsible for the mess and she really wishes to have nothing to do with them.
