What does Amanda encourage to happen between the men?

Amanda would like Victor and Elyot to fight. Elyot calls her a "slattern" and a "fishwife" and Victor prepares to fight Elyot for Amanda's honor. She even escorts Sibyl from the room to keep her from interfering with the two men.
