Mr. and Mrs. Gardiner in Pride and Prejudice are Elizabeth (and her sisters') Aunt and Uncle. It is they that Lizze accompanies to Pemberly on their way back from Brighton. Mr. Gardiner is Mrs. Bennet's brother. They both seem to be very genial people and Elizabeth likes them.
