Jimmy Westin is a ten-years-old, and he lives at SCCH. He is part of Bill's crime ring and is descrobed as having red hair and freckles. Jimmy is adept with computers, which is why Bill sends Jimmy into Beth's house to steal any information she has for her story. Jimmy ends up getting stuck in Beth's attic, unable to escape, and this is where Beth eventually finds him.

Jimmy also plays a pivotal role in supplying the police with information about Bill's operation. Ultimately, Jimmy is adopted by Lynda and Jake.
