The Arbiter's Mantle

The Arbiter's mantle is the robe Emmy wears as the Arbiter of the Gauntlet, and it symbolizes the authority of her position and the power of the spell, which is a sentient spell. When Emmy is able and willing to put aside her need to be in control, the mantle channels the four founding witches of Thistle Grove. Emmy hates handing that control over to Delilah, but she does so when she feels it is necessary to stand in for Talia.
