Why does Q go to a party when Ben calls him?

Q wakes up after falling asleep to a phone call from Ben, who is freaking out with joy. Ben, Lacey, Radar, Angela and lots of other people, like Jase, Becca and Chuck, are at Becca's house after prom. Ben demands, in a silly drunk manner, that Q be his designated driver and Q agrees.
