How does Q handle the problems with the school bullies?

Q, inspired by Margo, plans a counteroffensive against the school bullies. That evening Q sends Jase an email threatening to share the picture with everyone unless he clamps down on his friends and compensates the kids for their destroyed bikes. Initially Jase refuses but when Q does not back down, Jase complies.
