Who is Peter Sellers from Out on a Limb and what is their importance?

Peter Sellers is an actor (Pink Panther) that Shirley works with on two films. During the filming of their second film, Peter tells Shirley how uncomfortable he is to be in the studio where they are working because it is a studio in which he had a near fatal heart attack a few years before. Peter then tells Shirley how he believes he left his body and accompanied it to the hospital, watching as doctors fought to save his life.
