Who is Peter Sellers from Out on a Limb and what is their importance?

Actor, Peter Sellers, worked with Shirley on two films. During the filming of their second film, Peter tells Shirley how uncomfortable he is working in the studio, in which, he had a near fatal heart attack a few years before. He then tells her how he believes he left his body and accompanied it to the hospital, watching as doctors fought to save his life. Peter claims to have seen a white light and a hand reaching for him, but a voice told him it was not his time.
