Why did Ambra accept Julian's proposal? Why does she regret it?

Ambra accepted Prince Julian's proposal because it was on live television. She did not feel she could say no and embarrass the crown prince of Spain. She regrets it because she was unable to tell Julian that she is infertile before he proposed.
