Who was the town bully in the novel, Ordinary Grace?

Morris Engdahl was the town meany. He was in his late teens yet made fun of 11-year-old Jake’s stutter. He also said that Bobby Cole was better off dead because he was a "retard." He drank too much and got into fights. Due to his volatile nature, he was a suspect in some of the murders and suspicious deaths.
