Where does Wriggle find Uncle Joe after he disappears in the novel, Opioid, Indiana?

When Uncle Joe goes missing, one of his friends tells Riggle about an abandoned house in town. The house is on a street called Schort Way, and Joe evidently would go there sometimes to do drugs. Riggle goes to the abandoned house and finds Joe’s body there, having apparently died of a drug overdose.
