Importance of Amy Yapp

Amy Yapp is a coworker of Belle's who invites Belle to the meeting of women that will be known as the Glass Ceiling Club, even though Amy and Belle are not initially close. Despite being one of the more vocal members of the group, Amy also successfully pursues a relationship with King McPherson, a male co-worker who is perhaps the most flagrant sexual harasser in the company. In an incredible double-bind, Amy goes on to work for Arbella Financial while still in a relationship with King -- a company that was started thanks to a sexual harassment settlement of $27 million, with King presumably a guilty party.
