Who was Olga named after?

Olga was named after Olga Garriga. She was born in Brooklyn like Olga, but she dedicated her life to liberating Puerto Rico. She knew that as long as the people on the island were bound by colonial rule, no Puerto Rican could be an equal citizen in the U.S. She could have had an easy life, but she chose the hard path because it was the right path.
