What is one of the favorite parts of Prieto's job as a politician?

When Prieto first ran for public office, every morning he would greet his constituents on their way to work. Although he has gotten too busy to chat with his constituents as he has moved from City Council to Congress, he still does see them once a month. These meet-and-greets are one of the favorite parts of his job as a politician.
